Contributing to the Cause

Second Chance Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency that relies on the investment of funds by private citizens to allow us to meet the re-entry needs of our clients.
We need investments of materials including nearly-new work and personal clothing, food items, furniture and vehicles on a case-by-case basis. Not only Invest monetarily, but with our time.
Our mentorship program is essential to us - see our Mentor Guidelines. We are also always seeking volunteers. Additionally, we need sober, reliable, Christian adults to serve our clients as mentors and role-models in meeting their transitional needs.
Second Chance Ministries efforts reduces the 68% recidivism rate of our clients and gives them the opportunity to complete a successful re-entry into society. This converts a $40,000 societal liability into a productive law-abiding person who becomes an asset to the community...
